By engaging All GM Automotive for services, you agree to the following terms:

Services
All work carried out by All GM Automotive will be discussed and approved prior to completion. Any additional work required will be communicated and approved before proceeding where possible.

Payments
Payment is required upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. Vehicles will not be released until full payment has been received.

Estimates
Quotes and estimates are provided based on information you provide and may be subject to change if additional issues are identified during the course of work.

Parts & Warranty
Parts supplied may be subject to manufacturer warranties. Warranty does not cover misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear. Labour warranties are limited and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information regarding their vehicle and any known issues. Personal belongings should be removed from the vehicle prior to service.

Liability
All GM Automotive will take reasonable care when handling vehicles; however, we are not liable for pre-existing damage or unforeseen mechanical failures.

Storage & Collection
Vehicles should be collected promptly once work is completed. Storage fees may apply if vehicles are left uncollected without prior arrangement.
